A camping pitch with private sanitary facilities offers that little bit of extra comfort to make your holiday even more enjoyable. Each sanitary unit has a washbasin, toilet and shower cubicle inside and its own washing-up area outside. Everything you need is right at your fingertips!
Motorhomes are very welcome on our camping pitches, but we also have specially paved motorhome pitches. This ensures your motorhome fits perfectly and your holiday fun can start right away!

If you are looking for simple accommodation for a short stay, then the hiker's cabin is the right choice. The hiker's cabin is suitable for up to five people and has two bedrooms with two bunk beds and one single bed. The sanitary building is located right next to the hiker's cabin, where you can use the showers and toilets.

Wake up on the water and enjoy the stunning views over Zeeland’s Veerse Meer. A stay in the Veerse Meersuites is an experience you’ll never forget.
The Veerse Meersuite is suitable for up to four people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a seating and dining area, and two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, the beds are made up, and a sheet package is provided for the beds on the first floor. The Veerse Meersuite is not accessible by car; the parking area is approximately a 700-meter walk from the accommodation.
The Zeeland Dike Suite is a sustainable and, above all, comfortable accommodation built in the Zeeland dyke along the edge of the villa park. The suite has two outdoor terraces, one overlooking the villa park and the other overlooking the Kortgeense forest.
The suite can accommodate up to four people and has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living and dining area, and two bedrooms with made-up beds, each with an en-suite bathroom.
Wake up to stunning views of the Veerse Meer and enjoy the scenery as far as the eye can see.
The Kreek Suite is similar to the Veerse Meer Suite, but instead of being above the water, it is located on land. The Kreek Suite is accessible by car.
Experience the ultimate holiday feeling on De Paardekreek's houseboat. Wake up on the water in the harbour of Kortgene. The houseboat is attractively furnished, has a modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a cosy sitting area with panoramic windows, as if the harbour were part of the living room.
The houseboat can accommodate eight people and has three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room with adjoining outdoor terrace overlooking the harbour.

Bungalow Rietgans is a cosy and spacious holiday home suitable for up to six people. The bungalow is ideal for families or friends who want to relax together. Inside, you will find a bright living room with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the sunny terrace, you can enjoy breakfast, barbecue or simply relax while looking out over the greenery.
Space, comfort and cosiness come together in the Aalscholver bungalow. This charming bungalow can accommodate up to eight people and is the ideal place for families who want to enjoy everything Zeeland has to offer together. Inside, you step into a bright, spacious living room with a view of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy cosy dinners and long evenings at the table. With four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, everyone has their own space, ideal for a relaxing holiday with the whole group. Outside, you will find a lovely terrace with garden furniture, perfect for breakfast in the sun or a barbecue on warm summer evenings.
Discover the ultimate holiday feeling at Bungalow IJsvogel. This spacious, modern bungalow is partially embedded in the Zeeland dyke and is located on the edge of the villa park. Inside, you will find a bright living room with large sliding doors and direct access to the spacious garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for long dinners or a leisurely breakfast with the whole group. With four comfortable bedrooms, one with bunk beds, and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax.
Ideal for larger groups, the 12-person IJsvogel bungalow is located on the edge of the villa park and partly embedded in the Zeeland dyke. Inside, you will find a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and six comfortable bedrooms. Thanks to the two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone. Outside, you can enjoy the Zeeland outdoors on the spacious terrace with garden furniture, perfect for a barbecue or a relaxing drink in the evening sun.
Experience the ultimate holiday feeling in one of the charming harbour houses, one for six people (number 18) and one for eight people (number 12). These modern and comfortable homes are located directly on the marina of Kortgene and both have their own jetty in front of the door.
The harbour houses are stylishly furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. The bright living room offers a beautiful view of the harbour, while the open kitchen invites you to enjoy cooking with family or friends. On the terrace, you can relax and watch the boats sail by.
