Animation

During the Dutch school holidays (except Christmas) and on public holidays, the animation team offers a full schedule of fun activities from morning to evening for both young and old. Our cheerful mascot regularly appears to dance with the children or take photos. Saartje adds a touch of magic to every moment — when she shows up, you know something fun is about to happen!

Playgrounds

At De Paardekreek, the adventure starts as soon as you spot the playgrounds. In the playgrounds, children can let their imagination run wild — climbing, scrambling, swinging, sliding, and making new friends. Each playground offers something different to discover. The large central playground is the vibrant heart of the park, featuring a big climbing pyramid and a play ship with climbing structures and slides. For the little ones, there’s a safe, enclosed playground with soft flooring and toddler-friendly equipment, so even they can enjoy to their heart’s content. The indoor playground guarantees hours of fun, where children can burn off energy in this covered play area with climbing nets, crawl spaces, and play corners for the youngest adventurers.

Boat Rental and Water Sports

Vacation at De Paardekreek begins on the water. Rent a boat at Sloepverhuur het Veerse Meer and discover the Veerse Meer at your own pace. Sail along the islands in the lake, dock somewhere for a picnic, or simply enjoy the view. On the water, everything feels a little freer. For those who like to be active, the boat rental also offers other water fun, such as SUP and canoeing. The protected location of the Veerse Meer makes it perfect for trying new sports. Whether you choose relaxation, discovery, or sporty action: On and around the water, you will experience unforgettable moments.

Wasserette

Even on holiday, you want to enjoy convenience, which is why De Paardekreek has a well-organised launderette. Here you can do your laundry quickly and easily at any time. The laundrette is equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Handy for a quick refresh of swimwear or towels, for example. While the machines are doing their work, you can wait or do something fun at the park. This way, your holiday remains carefree and fresh!
