Arrival information - Villapark De Paardekreek

Check-in

During check-in at the reception desk, you will receive a wristband for everyone in your travel party. This wristband serves as your access pass for your stay at De Paardekreek, including the use of the facilities. The wristband must be worn at all times so our staff can see that you are staying at the park.

Reception opening hours
April through October: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
November through March: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
If you expect to arrive after opening hours, please contact us in advance.

Early check-in
Would you like to access your reserved accommodation earlier? This is possible for a fee of €35.00 per reservation. Please inquire about availability at the reception desk.

Car parking

Villa Park
At the bungalows in the villa park, a maximum of two cars per bungalow may be parked, depending on available space. There are two charging stations for electric cars available on the park, which can be used with your own charging card. It is not permitted to charge an electric car at the bungalow.

Veerse Meersuites
From April through October, the Veerse Meersuites are not accessible by car. The parking area for the Veerse Meersuites is approximately a 700-meter walk from the accommodation. One parking space is available per accommodation. Luggage carts are available at the parking area and can be used with the insertion of a €0.50, €1, or €2 coin. The parking area is accessible 24 hours a day.
During the winter period, from November through March, cars can be parked close to the Veerse Meersuite. The barrier to the area operates between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Zeeuwse Dijksuites
At the bottom of the dike where the Zeeuwse Dijksuites are located, one parking space is available for each accommodation. Two electric charging stations are also available at this parking area and can be used with your own charging card.

The Paardekreek app

Download the free Paardekreek app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Through the app, you will be kept up to date with the latest news, current opening hours, and the animation program. You can also manage your reservation in the app via the “My Area” section if you booked directly through De Paardekreek.

Facilities

There is a covered water play area with an adjoining indoor swimming pool, a toddler pool, a heated outdoor pool, a zip line over the water, and a raft that allows you to cross from the diving tower to the small beach. Don’t forget to bring water shoes if you dare to jump into the Veerse Meer, as there are sharp oysters in some places. Also be careful along the water’s edge, as these areas can be very slippery due to algae growth.

Please note: During the winter months, the outdoor pools are closed. Due to renovation work, the water play area and the indoor swimming pool will be closed until the end of March 2026.

Supermarket and hospitality facilities

The supermarket is open daily during the season (April through October), where you can get fresh bread rolls in the morning. You can also find all your other groceries here. At the snack bar, you can pick up fries and snacks, pizzas, and ice cream. In the Grand Café, you can enjoy a cozy drink, lunch, or dinner. Please note: During the winter months, the on-site supermarket, the Grand Café, and the snack bar are closed. The supermarket in the village of Kortgene is open daily, as are several restaurants in the village. Our reception staff will be happy to assist you!

Boat rental and water sports

With its beautiful waterfront location, a relaxing water experience is a must. Explore the Veerse Meer at a leisurely pace in a sloop boat. Start your day with breakfast on board or drift into the sunset. From the park, there is plenty to experience and explore by boat!

Please note: Boat rental is closed during the winter months.
